Cancellation & Refund Policy:

  • Requests for cancellation for refunds must be emailed to the conference email at: gericon2025afmc@gmail.com
  • Upto 15th September 2025, 75% refund of the registration fee.
  • Upto 15th October 2025, 50% refund of the registration fee.
  • No refund for cancellation will be given 15th October onwards.
  • All refunds will be done after the completion of Conference.
  • Transfer Charges+GST in case of cancellation will be covered by participants.
  • Telephonic cancellation will not be entertained. In case of cancellation, refund will be processed through Bank Transfer in 10 days after the conference. No enquiry will be entertained.
